In Santa Claus' kingdom, preparations for the big gift delivery tour are coming to an end, but just a few hours before departure, the North Star's brightness is fading and the elves are falling ill one after the other.
The light from this star is essential to elves; it is their vital energy. It draws its power from children's dreams: the more children believe in the magic of Christmas, the brighter the North Star shines.
To save the North Star, you must find the child who believes most strongly in the magic of Christmas; but Père Fouettard prefers darkness to the light of the star and will do everything in his power to ensure that it is never found.
